Structural

Erection of structural steelwork including frames, platforms, walkways, and equipment support structures
Installation of prefabricated modules and steelwork in live and greenfield mining environments

Mechanical

Installation of crushers, mills, screens, conveyors, and associated mechanical equipment
Precision alignment and commissioning of rotating and static equipment on mine sites

Piping

Installation of process, utility, and slurry piping systems across mineral processing facilities
Spool fabrication and installation of piping for reagent, water, compressed air, and tailings systems
Piping installation from isometric take-off through to pressure testing and commissioning

Platework

Site installation of bins, hoppers, chutes, tanks, and wear liners in ore handling and processing circuits
Fit-up and welding of heavy platework assemblies in high-access and confined space environments
Installation of carbon steel, stainless, and wear-resistant plate fabrications to tight tolerances

Electrical

Installation of HV and LV switchboards, E-Houses, distribution boards, transformers, and associated electrical infrastructure
Cable containment, pulling, and termination across process plant and mine site facilities
Installation of motors, soft starters, VFDs, and lighting systems in hazardous and industrial areas

Instrumentation

Installation of field instrumentation including flow meters, pressure transmitters, level sensors, and analysers
Instrument hook-up, cabling, and termination from field devices through to control panels and marshalling cabinets
Installation and loop checking of instrumentation systems supporting process control and plant automation

Fire Protection & Detection

Design, installation, and commissioning of fire suppression and detection systems across mining and mineral processing facilities
Installation of sprinkler, deluge, and gaseous suppression systems for equipment rooms, conveyors, and process buildings
Supply and installation of fire detection panels, smoke and heat detectors, manual call points, and alarm systems

Commissioning

Commissioning and energization management
Practical completion and handover support
