Our Facility
At the heart of ER Steel is our Global Fabrication Facilities—delivering precision, scale, and certainty at a world-class level.
Our facility handles:
- High-tonnage structural steel fabrication
- Technical steel bending
- In-house coatings including hot-dip galvanizing and industrial painting
- 3D modelling via Tekla Structures and SolidWorks
- CNC precision control for numerical fabrication
- Fabtrol MRP system for full material tracking from order to delivery
- Shop inspection and hold-point sign-off on every order before dispatch
Every project ships with complete quality documentation including material certifications, weld records, inspection reports, and hold-point sign-offs. Our quality assurance program is designed to meet international standards and the specific requirements of each client’s project.
OUR PROCESS
How We Work
ER Steel's integrated model brings engineering, fabrication, supply chain, and logistics under one coordinated team. Engineering decisions are made collaboratively with fabrication so designs are optimized for manufacturing efficiency, transport logistics, and field installation before a single piece of steel is cut.
Our global logistics partners deliver product anywhere in the world, including remote and constrained project sites, with full material traceability from our facility to your field. Typical delivery is within 8 to 12 weeks from order, with a 98% on-time delivery rate.
Clients receive weekly project schedule updates and direct access to senior expertise throughout the life of their project. Where milestones require it, we conduct site visits for quality assurance at our cost.

ER Industrial - Our Construction Partner
When projects require construction execution, ER Steel works hand-in-hand with affiliate company ER Industrial, forming a single integrated delivery platform from design and fabrication through to field installation and handover.
ER Industrial maintains a dedicated in-house Program, Project and Construction Management (PMC) team with a proven global track record across:
- Industrial construction including greenfield and brownfield facilities
- Transmission and distribution infrastructure
- High-voltage substations and switchyards up to 500kV
- Crane and heavy lift operations
- Platework and piping
- Electrical and instrumentation
Together, ER Steel and ER Industrial operate as one team. ER Steel is responsible for everything upstream of the field and ER Industrial is responsible for everything in it. This integrated model eliminates the interface risk created by separate supply and construction contractors, giving clients a single accountable team from design release through to practical completion.
